ASSISTANT CARE (VS) FULL CARE

With Full Care, we provide complete hands-on-assistance to ensure their safety, comfort, and dignity always.

Assistant Care
Assistant Care is provided to clients who can still perform some daily activities but requires support, supervision, or reminders to do so safely.
- Clients who are somewhat independent.
- May have early-stage dementia or mild physical limitations.
- Need encouragement or guidance with daily routines.
- Clients who are at risk for falls or forgetfulness.
Caregivers Responsibilities:
- Assist with bathing (Standby or minimal help).
- Help with dressing (lay out clothes).
- Provide meal preparation and reminder to eat.
- Medication reminder.
- Provide companionship and engagement.
- Assist with toileting or minimal help.
Clients are doing most of the work themselves, while caregivers provide guidance, safety, and support.
FULL CARE
Full Care is provided to clients who are fully dependent and require complete assistance with most or all daily living activities.
- Clients who have advanced Dementia or Alzheimer’s.
- Are bedridden or have very limited Mobility.
- Hospice care clients.
- Are incontinent.
- Cannot safely care for themselves.
Caregivers Responsibilities:
- Provide full assistance with bathing (bed bath or full shower assist).
- Fully dress and groom the client.
- Perform incontinence of care (changing briefs, hygiene).
- Assist with transfers (bed to chair repositioning).
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Monitor the client’s condition and ensure safety at all times.
Caregivers are responsible for most or all daily care tasks, ensuring total support and comfort.
