An aide by the name of Sandra from ( Exx-tended Hands) was there when another aide from a different agency left my Mother alone and let her fall and break her hip. Sandra helped me get my Mother off the floor and accompanied us to the hospital. Exx-tended Hands Send aides to the hospital on different shifts so my mother would not be left alone. Sandra was also with us when my mother took her last breath.
Exx-tended Hands have aides that are compassionate, intelligent, dependable and hardworking. They offered our family healthcare and companionship in my mother’s final days. When an aide from Exx-tended Hands was with our Mother I did not worry.

Having hired many home care services over the course of 8 years, I can unequivocally say the Exx-tended Hands Private Care Services, they have exceptional caregivers. First of all, unlike many in the field, they are totally reliable. Over three years of service, they have never missed a shift or been even late, and if asked to work over their scheduled time, they made themselves available.
They are not only capable, but understanding, kind, and patient with my very confused elderly parent (Mother). My Mother had a very complicated medication regimen involving dosing at four different times during the day, and each time having different meds, separately by 15min. Most other caregivers had a really hard time with this. Not Dennise and her team- understand, not only how , but why this was needed, each dose involves charting all the medications- and they performed it meticulously.
In my Mom’s last days/weeks, Dennise and her team were there overtime for my Mom, with loving-kindness. They embody the Love of Christ in their relationship with others. My words do not do justice in expressing their qualities and work ethics. I will forever be grateful for who Dennise and Exx-tended hands was to my Mother a Me!
Dennise and her team at Exx-tended Hands Private Home Care Services Professionalism and mannerism has stood out above the rest. They take deep pride in the well being and overall care of their Clients, she and her team communicates well with the family members of her clients. Dennise still maintains communication even after the patient (s) has passed.

The Caregivers from Exxtended Hands have been a blessing in my life. My Parents 90 and 92 years old are living by themselves, my brother and I are living in two different States and visit our Parents as often as we can. Dennise and her Caregivers step in as an extension of our family. My parents are extremely happy with the care that they are receiving. They are always punctual, respectful and honest. Their kindness and dedication have allowed my parents to remain comfortable and independent in their home, they even have caregivers who accompany my parents to visit our family here in North Carolina for holidays.
